Primal Breathwork and sound experience. Breathwork is a healing therapy that uses conscious, circular breathing to unlock an altered state of consciousness, accelerated breath clears emotional blocks and stagnant energy from the mind and body. Conscious circular Breathwork increases circulation of oxygen which activates different areas of the brain to create new neural pathways, for a deeper awareness and stronger sense of self. This will occur while experiencing sounds from gongs, drums, gentle melodies from the crystal harp, vibrations from singing bowls, rain stick, rattles and more. participants have an opportunity for increased clarity, emotional revelation, a chance to connect with themselves, and ultimately tap into their innate ability for self healing. This event will conclude with participant shares about their experience within the group.

✨Kaiut with Renae✨ is a fan favorite amongst Lizard Yoga members. Renae is one of our experienced yoga teachers. Kaiut is a therapeutic yoga that includes long-held technical postures. Kaiut is transformative, effective and intense. This class is for ALL levels. Renae’s advanced training allows her to safely challenge both beginners and advanced yogis. Expect slow transitions, low to the ground poses and guided conversations with the mind.

Kaiut allows students to notice the sound of their #breath due to the music free environment. Kaiut yoga offers a one hour respite from our over sensory day to day experiences.

💕Renae connects with each student individually for custom care. Kaiut Yoga capacity is limited to 19 students each class to allow for one on one support as needed.
