Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend. A guest fee of $20 applies, unless you have our Unlimited Sauna plus 1 guest membership, in which case you can bring one friend for free.
Are breathwork and sound bath classes included in the yoga membership?
Yes, both breathwork and sound bath classes are included in the yoga membership.
How can I schedule a float session?

Do I get a discount on floats if I am a Lizard Yoga member?
Yes, Lizard Yoga members enjoy a discounted rate of $65 for floats, compared to the regular price of $89.
Do I receive discounts on massage and contrast therapy as a Lizard Yoga member?
Absolutely! As a Lizard Yoga member, you receive discounts on all our services, including massage and contrast therapy. Additionally, you get a 10% discount on retail products.
Can I use my phone in the Meditation room?
To maintain a serene and tranquil environment, phone use is not permitted in the Meditation room.
What are the charges for cancellation, no-show, or rescheduling within 24 hours?

What is the suggested arrival time for appointments?
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment to ensure a smooth and relaxing experience.
How long does a Contrast (sauna & ice bath) session last?
Each Contrast session lasts 45 minutes, giving you plenty of time to reap the benefits of the sauna and ice bath.
Are shoes allowed in the facility?
We are a barefoot facility, and we ask that shoes be left in the lobby area. We encourage you to enjoy the barefoot experience within our premises.
How can I alter a booking made through Classpass?
If you wish to change a booking made through Classpass, please use the Classpass app to do so.
What should I do if a class is not listed on Classpass but is visible on your website?
If a class is not available on Classpass but is listed on our website, we recommend booking directly through us. This may occur if we’ve already allocated a limited number of spots to Classpass users. You can purchase a drop-in pass, a class pack, or one of our yoga memberships to attend the class.
